Our luxurious oceanfront estate includes over 10,000 square feet under roof, parking space for 5 cars, 5,000 square feet of covered lanais (decks), 4 Oceanfront, air-conditioned Master Bedroom Suites, 2 Bedrooms with Twin Beds and 4.5 Bathrooms.
In our efforts to give you the best in luxury, other amenities include a swimming pool with waterfall, deep outdoor hot tub jacuzzi, jacuzzi bath tubs, outdoor gas BBQ grill, fruit trees, electric security gate, imported outdoor furnishings, security safes, internet access, WiFi network, cable TV, DVD/VCR/Surround sound,CD stereo, all new appliances, dish washer, microwave oven, washer and dryer, wine cooler, imported Bali furnishings, and a Ping Pong table.

One Week Minimum Rental Required**. Rates subject to change without prior notice. Additional Charges: Rates subject to current HI state taxes; refundable security deposit. A Minimum Non-refundable $500 out-cleaning charge. Deposit; refund and cancellation policies listed on bottom of page.
DEPOSITS: A 25% deposit of the total rental amount is required to guarantee rental reservation. The 75% balance, together with a Security Deposit, must be received no less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date (180 days for the Christmas Holidays). Reservations made less than 90 days (180 days for the Christmas Holidays) prior to the arrival date are to be paid in full at the time of the initial reservation. Visa and Master Cards accepted, Cashier’s checks are welcome. However, personal and company checks must clear through our bank before the required date.
REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS: To obtain a refund, cancellation must be made no less than 90 days prior to the arrival date (no less than 180 days for Christmas & holiday reservations). If canceled within 90 days (180 days for the Christmas Holidays) of rental start date, the amount refunded will be only the amount received for the re-rental during the original rental dates by rental to new guest.
